The Marine Service Manager, TJ, is first rate. He recently helped me figure out some things on a couple of Yanmar engines on a boat I was thinking of buying and did a great job!

This company has neglected my truck that has been there for 2 months (I'm sure I wont get it back any time soon). The mechanic did a joke of a repair which ultimately resulted in additional electrical issues. The communication from this company is terrible. If you call, they give the "were working on it" excuse. I will no longer use this company and will go out of my way to avoid them and i suggest you do the same.

My Northern Lights generator was running but struggling and dumping dark brown smoke. I contacted W.W.Williams to let them know that I would be off the boat for a month while it was docked at Bull River Marina in Savannah, GA with the Marina having my keys. The mechanic performed some tests and removed the injectors and high pressure pump for testing. After a pump repair the generator was running properly. It is now a month and a half later and the generator has been running perfectly. The boat was as I left it and there were no signs that the mechanic had even been on the boat, other than the working generator. Highly recommend.

5 stars all the way! Took our RV to them for an oil change and couldn’t be more happy! Randy was so helpful getting it scheduled and everyone there was very nice and friendly. The price was reasonable and they did a courtesy check on the tires, lights, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do any mechanical work should I need it. Location is super convenient for me so they’ll definitely have my business in the future! Thanks guys!!!

Once again I am impressed with the Detroit diesel shops. I came in cus my engine light was on. I got there around noon and they had the truck in the shop in like 15 minutes. Found the problem shortly thereafter, which was a broken wire. Fixed and back on the road within a couple hours. Charged a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very professional and personable. Great job guys and girls. Keep up the great work.
